wire shelving and installation hardware are free of defects in materials
or workma
nship for the life of the product.
Rubbermaid will replace any defective shelving or installation at
no charge. Rubbermaid is not responsible for any labor charges associated
with uninstalling or reinstalling the shelving hardware.
This warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled and
maintained per the instructions or standard industry practices.
This warranty does not cover abuse, accident, cosmetic issues such
as fading or scratches from normal wear, or any other cause not
arising from defects in material and workmanship. Also, consequential
and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

SHELVING WARRANTY INFORMATION
Superior Home Products, Inc. will honor the manufacturer’s
limited lifetime warranty on material only from the install date
on all shelving. Superior Home Products, Inc. will replace or repair,
at our discretion, any shelving that is defective due to manufacturer’s
error. We cannot be responsible for any damage that is caused by
improper installation by others or abuse. The limited warranty does
not cover scratches or damaged incurred after installation. No other
compensation will be offered in this situation.
